This notice describes information used when you visit TankBridge, check your monitor or reserve a device. TankBridge is the name used for this project. Contact hello@tankbridge.com for privacy enquiries.

Information you share

When you reserve through Stripe, you provide payment and contact information at checkout. Reservation records are used to manage your reservation, contact you about compatibility and production, and arrange refunds. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not on this website.

The Tally compatibility form collects your answers and any photos you choose to submit. These may include your name, email, monitor model and preferences. Avoid including people, full addresses or unrelated personal details in photos.

Why information is used

We use reservation information to administer your reservation and take steps towards a purchase. Compatibility enquiries help us investigate whether we can support your equipment and respond to you. The basis for these activities is taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing the reservation agreement.

Understanding which models are requested helps prioritise development. Our legitimate interest is assessing demand and improving compatibility. Records may also need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

Website activity

The landing page does not set analytics cookies or load an external analytics service. Your selected model and basic interaction events are temporarily held in browser memory. Opening the compatibility page passes the selected model to Tally in the form URL.

Hosting infrastructure processes technical information, such as IP addresses and requests, to serve and protect the site. The compatibility page loads Tally’s form, so Tally receives a request from your browser before submission.

Service providers

Stripe provides checkout, Tally provides the form, and Cloudflare provides hosting when deployed there. See Stripe’s privacy policy, Tally’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their practices, including international processing.

Retention

Retention depends on handling your enquiry, assessing monitor support, administering an active reservation, completing a refund, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about records held about you or request deletion where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information where those rights apply.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@tankbridge.com with a request or concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Completing the form does not commit you to a purchase. This website does not automatically decide that your monitor is compatible.
