Reservation terms.

TankBridge is currently in development. A reservation helps us understand demand while we test compatibility. It is not an order for a device ready to ship.

Your £10 reservation

You pay £10 through Stripe to reserve early access. The expected retail price is £49.99. Your reservation payment will be deducted from the final purchase price if TankBridge enters production and your monitor is supported.

We will confirm compatibility, the final price and delivery details before asking you to complete your purchase. Your reservation does not authorise an automatic charge for the remaining balance.

Refunds

Your reservation is fully refundable before dispatch. If TankBridge does not enter production, or your monitor cannot be supported, your reservation will be refunded.

To request a refund, email hello@tankbridge.com using your checkout email address and include your Stripe receipt or payment reference. Do not send card numbers or bank login details.

Compatibility and development

Support depends on your transmitter model and generation. Submitting the compatibility form does not confirm support. We will confirm your model before dispatch.

No shipping date is confirmed. Images and dashboard readings are illustrative. Final design and features may change during development. Basic monitoring is planned to work without a mandatory subscription; optional advanced features may be offered separately later.
